Ferrari Daytona SP3

The Ferrari SP3 Daytona is a car that demands attention and
one that is draped in the history of Ferrari. We had the honour of showcasing
it at our new state-of-the-art dealership for a short period and our team were blown
away by the stunning work of art that Ferrari have created with the Daytona SP3,
1 of only 599 in the world.
The Ferrari Daytona SP3 is a tribute to the mid – rear – V12
engine sports car prototypes which earned an unrivalled motor sport status. The
Daytona SP3 was created as part of the limited edition Icona series and pays
homage to the 1976 24 Hours of Daytona, where Ferrari took the top three places
in the first round of the international world sports car championship. This was
where the famous photo was taken of all three cars side by side a moment perfectly
captured in history.
Inspired by the racing cars of the 1960s, we can all see why
the Dayonta SP3 is special. Referencing the history of Ferraris racing 24hr
racing heritage all showcased in its design. From the incredibly wide and low frame
to the position of the wing mirrors being mounted on the front arches.
The performance of the Ferrari Daytona SP3 is incredible,
powered by the same engine in the 812 Superfast but tuned to perfection the 6.5
litre V12 pushes 0 – 60 mph in 2.8 seconds and a top speed of 211 mph, enough to
make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up.
